About Institution
Overview
As the 4th branch organization of Maratha Vidya Prasaraka Mandal, Sri Chhatrapati
Shivaji Maharaj Arts and Commerce Degree College was established in AD. 2013. It is
intended to grow as a model and lead college for the entire district as noble as the
heritage. And aims to provide ideal education.
Initially there were 110 students. This organization has been increasing year by
year. At present the total number of students in the college is more than 450.
Experienced principal, a team of skilled lecturers and the cooperation of the
governing body cannot be faulted.
It is a matter of pride that the students of our college, despite being from rural areas, give 90%
results every year. Apart from academics, they have also shown remarkable achievements in cultural
activities and sports activities like indoor and outdoor games and our college students have won state,
national level universities and have enhanced the reputation of the college as University Blue. At
present we have 40 blue’s.
This college is currently in its 11th year and is one of the top colleges in Dharwad having achieved
great things in a very short span of time. We would like to say that it is the continuous effort of our
institution to shape the bright future of the students by providing them with all the valuable guidance
needed for the physical, academic, and development of the students to get the best job in their future
life.

was established in 2013.
